Gochujang Fried Chicken Slider Recipe

Ingredients

  • bibigo™ Gochujang Hot & Sweet Sauce, divided – 1/3 cup
  • Crispy fried chicken nuggets, frozen – 1 1/2 cups
  • Hawaiian sweet rolls, slider bun, sliced – 9 buns
  • Cabbage & carrot blend – 1 1/2 cups
  • Green onion, sliced thinly – 2 tbsp
  • bibigo™ Kimchi, chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 1/4 cup
  • Rice wine vinegar – 2 tsp
  • Toasted sesame oil – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – 2 tsp
  • Salt, kosher – 1/4 tsp
  • Dill pickles, sliced & drained – 1/4 cup

Preparation/Procedures (3 Servings)

  1. Prepare slaw dressing – combine mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, 1 Tbsp bibigo™ hot & sweet sauce and salt. Mix well.
  2. Mix – shredded cabbage & carrots, green onions and bibigo™ Kimchi, with slaw dressing. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Prepare chicken nuggets according to manufactures direction. Toss in remaining bibigo™ Gochujang Hot & Sweet Sauce until evenly coated.
