
Gochujang Fried Chicken Slider Recipe

Ingredients
- bibigo™ Gochujang Hot & Sweet Sauce, divided – 1/3 cup
- Crispy fried chicken nuggets, frozen – 1 1/2 cups
- Hawaiian sweet rolls, slider bun, sliced – 9 buns
- Cabbage & carrot blend – 1 1/2 cups
- Green onion, sliced thinly – 2 tbsp
- bibigo™ Kimchi, chopped – 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise – 1/4 cup
- Rice wine vinegar – 2 tsp
- Toasted sesame oil – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Salt, kosher – 1/4 tsp
- Dill pickles, sliced & drained – 1/4 cup
Preparation/Procedures (3 Servings)
- Prepare slaw dressing – combine mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, 1 Tbsp bibigo™ hot & sweet sauce and salt. Mix well.
- Mix – shredded cabbage & carrots, green onions and bibigo™ Kimchi, with slaw dressing. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Prepare chicken nuggets according to manufactures direction. Toss in remaining bibigo™ Gochujang Hot & Sweet Sauce until evenly coated.
