Preparation instructions
Instructions for Par-Baked Pizza Crust Guidelines for Handling and Baking 1. If frozen, crusts should be thawed 30 minutes before use. 2. Crusts are partially baked and ready for immediate use. Top with sauce, cheese and any other toppings desired. 3. For a crispier crust bake directly on rack, slate or conveyor. For a softer crust bake on a pan, tray or screen. 4. Bake according to oven type chart on opposite flap. 5. When the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned, the pizza should be done. 6. Set aside and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before cutting.
