COOK BEFORE EATING. Best if cooked from Frozen state. PREHEAT OVEN. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY COOK BEFORE EATING TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F. CONVECTION OVEN: Arrange 12 slices on parchment lined tray. Bake at 350°F high fan for 14-16 minutes IMPINGEMENT OVEN: 420°F for 6.5-7.5 minutes. NOTE: Rotate product half-way through bake time for convection oven. Due to variances in oven regulators, cooking time and temperature may require adjustments. Pizza is done when cheese begins to brown and is completely melted in the middle.

Preparation instructions
The containers of frozen dessert product are shipped in cardboard boxes, one container per box. Upon arrival, the product is likely to be too cold for proper dispensing therefore it should be stored in a tempering freezer for a minimum of 24 hours. The tempering freezer should be set to hold a temperature of 10 F (-12 C). Rotate the stock of containers, using the oldest first, to ensure that tempered product is readily available. The vender will load the ice cream pail into the machine. Customer pushes the serve button to dispense ice cream.
