Do your pizzas meet sodium guidelines?
Yes, we’ve continued to keep pace with, and even surpass, increasingly strict federal sodium guidelines, and we’re committed to staying ahead of them into the future.
How are you addressing the use of caramel colors in food?
By June 2026, CJ Schwan’s will no longer use Class III or Class IV caramel color in our BIG DADDY’S™ BBQ Chicken Pizza—all of our other pizzas are already free from them!
Should I be concerned about BHA or BHT in your products?
No, many of our pizzas have never contained BHA or BHT. More importantly, by June 2026, every pizza in our K12 portfolio will be free of BHA/BHT.
What sort of crediting does your pizza portfolio offer?
All of our lunch pizzas (except our BIG DADDY’S™ Scratch Ready Pizza) offer at least 2G + 2M/MA crediting. All of our breakfast pizzas offer at least 1G + 1M/MA crediting.
