Preparation instructions
IW LABEL FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY COOK BEFORE EATING TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F. Keep pizza frozen prior to baking. Do not eat pizza without cooking. Remove pizza from overwrap & cardboard. Pizza is done when cheese is melted & crust bottom is golden brown. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion. Bake refrigerated pizza within 60 minutes of purchase or refrigerate. Always bake and eat refrigerated pizza within 24 hours of purchase. Frozen pizzas may be refrigerated up to 5 days. Due to oven variances, cooking times may require adjustment. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place oven rack in center position. 2. Do not place pizza in oven until oven is fully heated. 3. Place frozen pizza directly on the center rack and bake for 16-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly brown. 4. Place refrigerated pizza on baking sheet on the center rack and bake for 14-16 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. 5. LET PIZZA COOL FOR 3-5 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion. MASTERCASE LABEL BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: BAKE BEFORE EATING. Preheat oven. Bake pizzas from frozen state. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY COOK BEFORE EATING TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F. CONVECTION OVEN: 1. Preheat Convection Oven to 350°F. 2. Bake for 14-16 minutes on parchment lined baking sheet. IMPINGEMENT OVEN: 1. Preheat Impingement Oven to 375ºF. 2. Bake for 11 ½ to 12 ½ minutes directly on oven belt. Rotate pans halfway through bake cycle in a convection oven. NOTE: Due to oven variances, baking times and temperatures may require adjustments. Pizza is done when cheese begins to brown and is completely melted in the middle. Let pizza cool for 3-5 minutes before serving. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion.
