Preparation instructions
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Heating time may vary due to equipment variances. For food safety and quality, heat product until internal temperature reaches 160° F. Instructions are based on 12 pieces. ROLLER GRILL PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Clean roller grill thoroughly to remove any excess grease. 2. Preheat grill 30 minutes. Set one half of the Roller Grill on HIGH HEAT (260F). Set other half on HOLD(180F). 3. Thaw egg rolls in cooler to 40°F. 4. Place thawed egg rolls on roller grill on HIGH HEAT section. Let products roll for 30 minutes. 5. After 30 minutes on HIGH HEAT, move egg rolls to HOLD section of grill. 6. Recommended maximum holding time is 3 hours. Product internal temperature should remain above 140°F while on hold. 7. After opening case store so that egg rolls are standing on end to prevent mishappened rolls. Discard thawed product after 7 days if not used. DEEP FRY PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat Oil to 350°F. 2. Place 12 egg rolls into fryer basket and fry for 8 to 8.5 minutes if frozen or 5 to 6 minutes if thawed. 3. Let product stand for 2 minutes prior to serving. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion. CONVECTION OVEN PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Place egg roll(s) on parchment lined baking tray. 3. Bake 19 TO 20 minutes if frozen, or 15-16 minutes if thawed. 4. Turn product over half-way through baking. 5. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Caution: Product and tray will be hot.
