Preparation instructions
COOKING GUIDELINES. After thawing for 45 minutes: CONVECTION OVEN: Reheat to 375ºF and cook pizza for 11-13 minutes. IMPINGEMENT OVEN: Preheat to 450ºF and cook pizza for 7 minutes. From Frozen: CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat Oven to 350 degrees and cook pizza for 19-20 minutes. IMPINGEMENT OVEN: Reheat Oven to 400 degrees and cook pizza for 9 minutes. Baking times and temps vary based on the size of dough, topping amounts and the temp of the dough before baking. Note: The cooking times indicated are guidelines. Actual cooking times vary based upon cooking equipment. It is recommended that you first bake by sight. Pizza is done when cheese begins to brown and is completely melted in the middle.
