The three-time Emmy winner, James Beard nominee and best-selling author is a born educator and storyteller. Watch him in action as he showcases his unique skills and immense passion for food, shares his invaluable knowledge and guides you through innovative recipes and culinary tips.
The culinary demonstration will highlight “K-Pop Trends” using CJ Schwan’s products that can easily be served in the cafeteria, with endless combinations that will make your students keep coming back. He’ll be preparing a couple recipes, including a Korean-Style Chicken & Vegetable bowl as well as a Korean Bibimbap-Inspired bowl.
