Preparation Instructions

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: PREPARE FROM FROZEN STATE. APPLIANCES MAY VARY, ADJUST ACCORDINGLY Cooked Battered and Fried Chicken: Bake from refrigerator thawed meat in pre-heated convection oven at 400°F, place meat in baking tray and bake for 12 - 13 minutes. Bake from frozen (-10°F) meat in pre-heated convection oven to 400°F, place meat in baking tray and bake for 20 - 21 minutes. Sweet and Sour Sauce: Thaw the sauce pouch in refrigerator before use. Cook from thawed (40°F) in a convection oven. Set oven temperature to 400°F, open bag and pour sauce into pan and cook for 12 minutes. Remove pan from oven and stir sauce to ensure even cooking. Return pan to oven for an additional 8 minutes (total cooking time is 20 minutes). Optional cooking method: Place the sauce in cooking kettle and heat to 150°F. Stir the sauce frequently to prevent scorching.
