Preparation Instructions
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. COOK BEFORE SERVING. Place 15 pizzas in 18" x 26" lightly greased baking sheet. Convection oven times are based on full ovens. Preheat oven. CONVECTION OVEN: Bake at 350°F for 13-18 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Bake at 425°F for 19-24 minutes. NOTE: Due to variances in oven regulators, cooking times and temperatures may require adjustments. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion.
Ingredients
CRUST: enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, vegetable shortening (palm oil, soy lecithin, butter flavor), soybean oil, yeast, contains 2% or less of: sugar, salt, dough conditioner (whey, ammonium sulfate, l-cysteine), glucono delta lactone, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, mono diglycerides), wheat gluten, cornmeal, datem, dough conditioner (microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, enzymes, dicalcium phosphate), ascorbic acid. TOPPING BLEND: low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cultures, salt, enzymes), mozzarella cheese substitute (water, vegetable oil [corn and/or soy oil], cheese solids, modified food starch, rennet casein, sweet whey, nonfat dry milk, sodium aluminum phosphate, salt, carrageenan, magnesium oxide, ferric orthophosphate, vitamin a palmitate, niacinamide, zinc oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride [vitamin B6], cyanocobalamin). SAUCE: tomatoes (water, tomato paste [not less than 28% soluble solids]), modified food starch, contains 2% or less of: sugar, salt, paprika, spices, maltodextrin, citric acid, onion, granulated garlic.
