Christian "Kit" Kiefer, CEC, CCE, FMP An award-winning 5-star chef, Kit Kiefer is best known as the owner and founder of Kiefer's, the legendary Atlanta restaurant where he served as Executive Chef for 16 years and received numerous accolades, including: 3 first place titles in International Cuisine , the Governors' Award, as well as features in The National Culinary Review, Nation's Restaurant News, Food Arts, Restaurant Hospitality, Southern Living and many other publications. Additionally, Kit has won numerous medals in sanctioned culinary competitions and appeared on national television. Today, Chef Kiefer is a published author, public speaker and instructor. He serves on the board of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Culinary Federation, which recognizes Kit as a Certified Executive Chef and Culinary Instructor. He is also the former chair of the Chefs & Restaurateurs Committee for the International Association of Culinary Professionals. Kit is a graduate of the nationally ranked Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University and holds a Grande Masters Diplome from the Florida Culinary Academy. |
