Welcome to our blog! We are Kit, Mike, Ciaran, and Gary — four corporate chefs who make up the Culinary Services team for Schwan’s Foodservice, Inc. As concept and product development specialists, we travel the continent every week cooking with some of the best chefs in the food industry. We eat in many of the country’s top restaurants, as well as some of the coolest (and scariest) dives. It’s our job to dig for new information and scout out the latest food trends — you’d be surprised at some of the things we’ve turned up!
